Partial COD Advance Payment (Non-Refundable) To process and confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a partial advance payment of ₹100 is required. Please note that this ₹100 advance is strictly non-refundable. If an order is cancelled after it has been dispatched, or if the customer refuses to accept the delivery at their doorstep, this advance amount will be forfeited to cover forward and return shipping charges.
5-Day Return Period We offer a 5-day return period from the date you receive your order. If within this time frame you find that the product doesn't meet your expectations or has any defects, we are here to assist you.

Refund Guarantee Once we receive and inspect the returned item and approve the return, we will initiate a refund for the product's value. (Please note: For Partial COD orders, the ₹100 advance payment remains non-refundable). Please allow 3 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method or bank account.
