Cash on Delivery (COD) & Partial Advance To ensure genuine orders and maintain our fast delivery network, we offer a Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) option. A nominal advance payment of ₹100 is required to confirm and dispatch your COD order. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or via UPI at the time of delivery. Please note that this ₹100 advance is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after dispatch or refused at the time of delivery.
Next Day Dispatch We take pride in our prompt service. Your order is our priority, and we aim to dispatch it within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation. This quick turnaround ensures that you get your hands on your desired items as soon as possible.

Order Cancellation We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please do so promptly. To cancel, email us at wearesindhu@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. For Partial COD orders, if the cancellation is done before the order is shipped, your ₹100 advance will be refunded. Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped, and in such cases (or if the parcel is refused at delivery), the ₹100 advance will be forfeited to cover courier charges.
